Just a bit of ghostly comfort from Dad, but Luke knows he's there somehow. Probably finish this up sometime. :)

And FYI: This does not mean I thought adding Hayden Christensen to the end of ROTJ was the better thing to do! ;)

I like this, anc could actually see this moment...but for me, it would probably have to be the Sebastian Shaw portrayal of Light Anakin... Putting the young man into the collection at the end of ROTJ just seemed self-serving and far too commercial.... **grumbling** I'm sure there have been many times in Luke's life that he's felt at least the glimmer of his father's presence--and many times he's longed for it, too... I like the mood here!

Mmm, I know what you mean about Shaw-- see my disclaimer at the bottom of the comments section ;)

I'm glad you like the mood of the sketch-- I noticed you already commented a while ago on the finished piece! Yes, 'feeling the glimmer of his father's presence' and longing for it were definitely what I was going for-- Not many people (if any others) would feel that for Anakin, but Luke would :p

He would, indeed--Luke loved his father in spite of what he'd done in the past: we could see it when Vader died aboard the DeathStar, and in the funeral scene on Endor's moon. You definitely conveyed that here--very very well!
