Personal Web Site- Test Page

A test page for that personal web site I've been working on for myself on and off with all the basic elements needed... the top part and sidebar would be more on the content pages and the bottom part is more what the homepage/entry page would be. Coded in .css and .html and opened in Safari, the actual browser is cut off in this screencap. What do you think?
